Given the opportunity to be naughty at Christmas time, without the fear of the guy in the red suit not coming down your chimney, how would you react? We really wanted to give these kids the opportunity to embrace our theme, Naughty & Nice, and see what would happen…
Going into our first studio session for hosting Christmas Mini’s our goal was to make everything have a unique, one of a kind feeling. We wanted to give our clients an experience, something that will stick with them, something that would leave them with the feeling that family Christmas photos are cool! We spent a significant amount of time handcrafting all our own props. As we prepared for our sessions at night, it really energized our own imaginations about the magic of Christmas as we watched our favourite Christmas movies, had hot cocoa and crafted away!
Where else do you get to tie up Mommy & Daddy? Given wrapping supplies and a green light, our little ones jumped at the opportunity to turn the tides on the parents during these sessions. The moments spent capturing these precious moments, freezing each moment with each capture, shared the spotlight on this day with the moments of laughter we shared and the joy in each child’s eyes when they saw the big man in the red suit, yes, Santa stopped by!! This was a day filled with fun, laughter and so much joy and we enjoyed every minute of it!
