Summer is always about the sun and enjoying the outdoors.  Whether spending time on the beach, camping, biking, golfing or engaging in another outdoor activity we in Canada wait (for what seems like forever) to bask in the summer heat.   Summer is a chance to put the textbooks away and spend some quality time with our family and friends.  As we move around and see out on new adventures and meet new friends summer is a time to feel free!

Sunflowers seem synonymous with blue skies and soft, fluffy clouds.  This summer we provided an opportunity for our clients and friends to come out and enjoy all of these things with us.  In a field of what seems like endless sunflowers we are hosting our summer mini sessions at Laura’s Farmstand in Cookstown, Ontario.  Clients were able to bring the family and enjoy all the farm had to offer, like flower picking and their huge corn maze, while capturing some stunning images that will live on far beyond the field when summer fades and the snow settles in.

Some of our favourite summer moments (Us at Neluka Photography) have come from long country road drives and farm visits, its a chance to get out of the hustle and bustle of the big city…even for just a few hours.
